The IQNavigator Global Center of Excellence is a best in class service center, including a 24x7 customer service hotline with trained resources in a number of specialized support areas. Additionally it includes a combination of category subject matter experts and best-in-class purpose methodology, structured in a flexible way allowing clients to use only what they need to achieve their objectives. The Global Center of Excellence is responsible for the ongoing quality management and requirement support for the client account offering a broad range of services from high level consulting, strategic support to a full service onsite global program office.
The Global Center of Excellence represents a cross section of functions necessary to effectively support the complex and ever changing needs of our clients allowing us to maintain the ongoing quality of our services to our global customer base; which has been the hallmark of our services teams.
