Raeder’s Perseverance, Vision and Leadership Recognized by Panel of Distinguished Business Executives in Colorado

DENVER, Colorado – May 27, 2009 – IQNavigator, the premium provider of global services procurement solutions and managed service programs, announced today that its president and CEO, John P. Raeder Jr., is a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2009 Award in the Rocky Mountain Region. According to Ernst & Young LLP, the awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Award winners will be announced at a special gala event on June 18, 2009 at the Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver.

“I’m extremely proud of our marquis list of global, Fortune 500 customers and our world class staff and leadership team,” said Raeder. “To be selected as a Finalist for the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award is an incredible honor and testament to our financial results, perseverance and market-leading SaaS platform for services procurement.”

Raeder has been the driving force in the expansion of IQNavigator. He has guided the company from a market-leading contingent workforce management provider early in the decade, to become a comprehensive services procurement solutions provider responsible for managing billions of dollars in services spending on behalf of the world’s largest organizations. In 2008, IQNavigator’s momentum created profitable revenue growth of 52 percent year over year, and sales bookings growth of 300 percent year over year in Q1 2009. IQNavigator has also been recognized for its philanthropic efforts, as well as its dedication to driving growth and opportunity within the Denver technology community.

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards program celebrates its 23rd anniversary this year. The program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 135 cities in 50 countries throughout the world.

Further sparking this tremendous growth, in 2008, IQNavigator pioneered the industry’s first world class managed service program (MSP) framework addressing the needs of companies with global operations. Named “Intelligent MSP,” the offering is an evolution of IQNavigator’s traditional client-managed and partner-managed service procurement programs.
