As the leading provider of customer experience systems, Amdocs deploys teams to develop custom projects for communications companies all over the globe. With custom implementations happening in over 50 countries, their ability to rapidly build and deploy teams is critical. While they already had a major staffing firm working with them on site (VOP), they still had significant operational issues. Everything from inconsistent and inaccurate invoices to budget and accrual issues meant they were missing the boat on huge cost savings opportunities in their services spend program.
