Experienced team to help extend and accelerate record growth of pioneering services spend management market leader
DENVER, Colorado – January 7, 2010 – IQNavigator, the leading provider of solutions that help global companies manage spending on contract workers and outside services, today announced its 2010 board of directors.

The IQNavigator Board of Directors are:
- Mark Anderson, Vice President of private equity firm GTCR;
- Lou Andreozzi, president and CEO of IQNavigator, Inc.;
- Philip A. Canfield, principal at GTCR;
- Dr. David A. Lubin, founder and director of The Palladium Group and co-founder of Renaissance Solutions, a firm that pioneered the development of metric based performance management systems for large corporations and government organizations;
- Robert Shaw, former CEO of pioneering internet services provider US Web and founder and former chairman and CEO of leading network security provider ArcSight Inc.; and
- Stuart J. Yarbrough, former CEO of 3Point Capital Partners, currently serving as the lead independent director on the board of directors of Solera Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SLH).
