Title: Java Developer
Location: Denver, Colorado

We’re looking for highly productive Java developers to continue to advance our market-leading web-based Software-as-a-Service enterprise software. Successful candidates will be able to work both independently and with a team, be self-motivated and flexible. Experience with object-oriented business application software is highly desirable, as is experience with Java J2EE in a complex and fast-moving environment. Most important is a hard-working, highly productive and professional software craftsman attitude.

This developer will perform the following mission-critical tasks:

• Collaboratively work with product management to design how to build new features and functionality

• Develop testable and high-quality Java J2EE code to satisfy the requirements consistent with our Java framework and coding guidelines

• Flexibly work with the team as needed to learn and maintain and extend existing subsystems

• Provide support to Quality Assurance, Implementations and Production Operations as needed

Skills and experience (we're open to various levels of experience):

• Object-oriented software development (3+ years, required)

• Java J2EE business application development (1-5 years, required)

• Other technologies experience: JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, Solaris, J2EE application servers, PL/SQL, SQL (1-3 years, preferred)
