Title: Project Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the development and management of specific project plans for IQNavigator's global customer base. Specifically, this position is responsible for:

Project Management activities:

• Create and manage project plan, including focus on maintaining project timelines, budget, risk mitigation, and robust change management.

• Manage IQNavigator project team, including shared resources

• Ensure that cross-functional team members are meeting key objectives for the program in order to ensure high quality and timely delivery for all milestones

• Continuous interaction with Customer Program Manager and suppliers to resolve complex issues and questions including, but not limited to system configuration, custom development, training, service delivery, and scope management

• Appropriately manage the customer by building professional rapport, following-up consistently and by maintaining ongoing contact and communication

• Act in the capacity as manager as well as contributor

Consulting activities:

• Gather requirements

• Map the requirements to the IQNavigator solution & identify/manage any gaps

• Facilitate business process design

• Provide objective recommendations within the scope of the program

• Define, supervise and assist with test cycle

• Define and execute on change management activities

• Coordinate data conversion

• Prepare the client for deployment (communications, training)

Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact. In addition, candidates need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change.

Mandatory:

• Bachelors Degree

• Experience managing complex implementations (e.g. ERP)

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Highly proficient with verbal and written skills

• Team player

Experience in services procurement and/or procurement a plus.
