Title: Software Consultant
Location: Denver, Colorado

Reporting to: Melisa Liberman, VP of Global Services

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the support of specific projects for IQNavigator's global customer base. Specifically, the software consultant will:

• Contribute to project team to ensure project is delivered on-time, on-budget with a referenceable customer

• Build professional rapport, following-up consistently and by maintaining ongoing contact and communication

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions

• Map the requirements to the IQNavigator solution & identify/manage any gaps

• Document business process, business requirements and system configuration

• Define, supervise and assist with test cycle

• Define and execute on change management activities

• Coordinate and execute on data conversion

• Assist with preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

• Mandatory

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Highly proficient with verbal and written skills

  • Team player




• Preferred

  • Experience managing complex implementations (e.g. ERP)

  • Experience in services procurement and/or procurement a plus.
