Mark M. Anderson
Vice President, GTCR

Mark Anderson HeadshotMark Anderson is a vice president at private equity firm GTCR. He currently serves as director of Landmark Aviation, Sorenson Communications, and IQNavigator. He has been instrumental in other GTCR investments including Solera, Transaction Network Services, and Skylight Financial. Prior to GTCR, Mr. Anderson worked at Gracie Capital, a New York-based hedge fund, and at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a middle-market investment banking boutique.

Mr. Anderson earned a BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Lou Andreozzi

Lou AndreozziHeadshotLou Andreozzi is president and CEO of IQNavigator, Inc., and the former president and CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal Markets, a $1.2 billion division of Reed Elsevier. He is a visionary leader in the fields of business information and technology, and is recognized as the driving force behind some of the most prominent tools and services used by leading companies around the world.

Andreozzi is a graduate of Rutgers University and received a J.D. from the Seton Hall School of Law. A sought-after speaker, he has delivered keynote addresses at leading legal industry events and sits on the Seton Hall School of Law Board of Visitors, as well as the Boards of Avvo, Inc and Inference Data.

Philip A. Canfield
Principal, GTCR

Philip A. Canfield Philip Canfield is a principal with private equity firm GTCR. He is a director of various companies including Solera, Sorenson Communications, SystemsNet and Triad Financial. In addition, Mr. Canfield was a director and played a key role in GTCR’s highly successful past investments in AppNet, DigitalNet and CellNet. He previously worked in the corporate finance department of Kidder, Peabody, and Co.

Mr. Canfield holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree in finance, with high honors, from the Honors Business Program at the University of Texas.

Dr. David A. Lubin
Founder and Director, the Palladium Group

David Lubin HeadshotDr. David A. Lubin is founder and director of the Palladium Group, a leading global corporate performance management consulting firm. He also co-founded Renaissance Solutions, a firm that pioneered the development of metric based performance management systems for large corporations and government organizations. He served Renaissance as co-chairman and managing director as it went public and grew to become a global firm employing more than 6000 professionals in 75 offices around the world. After retiring from Renaissance, he co- founded Zefer, a leading internet strategy and technology firm that was later acquired by NEC.

In addition to his work with the Palladium Group, Dr. Lubin also serves as an advisor to several venture and private equity funds, and Director on several private and non-profit boards. He is actively involved with organizations working on clean technology and climate-related issues, as well as education reform. Dr. Lubin received his doctorate in human development from Harvard University, where he established the Interaction Project and served as principal investigator with funding from the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health.

Robert Shaw
Founder, ArcSight Inc.

Robert Shaw HeadshotRobert Shaw is the founder and former chairman and CEO of ArcSight Inc., a leader in the network security market. Prior to ArcSight, Mr. Shaw was the CEO of pioneering internet services firm US Web. Mr. Shaw has also held executive positions at Oracle Corporation, completing his career there as executive vice president of worldwide services and vertical sales. Mr. Shaw was a partner at Booz Allen and Hamilton and at Coopers & Lybrand (later PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

Mr. Shaw received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Stuart J. Yarbrough
Director, Solera Holdings Inc.

Stuart Yarbrough HeadshotStuart J. Yarbrough is a CPA with 35 years of experience with venture capital, investment banking and public accounting. He served as the CEO of 3Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm, which focused on the building products and outdoor lifestyle sectors, and was a principal at CrossHill Financial Group, a venture debt firm he co-founded that provides senior secured debt financings to growth companies. Mr. Yarbrough currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and as an “audit committee financial expert” on the Audit Committee of Solera Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SLH).

Mr. Yarbrough started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young. He founded Adams & Yarbrough, an accounting and consulting firm that specialized in providing services to the banking and thrift industries, and he has served on the board of directors of DigtialNet Holdings Inc., Riggs National Corporation, and SBR, Inc. Mr. Yarbrough attended Duke University on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a BA in Management Sciences – Accounting.
