Executive Vice President Strategy and Business Development

As Executive Vice President Strategy and Business Development, Ed Gould brings 28+ years of financial, operational and procurement leadership, both in large corporate environments and the BPO industry.

Ed previously served as the Practice Head for the Finance & Accounting division of HCL Technologies, a leading BPO and IT company. At HCL, he was responsible for developing and implementing finance, procurement and supply chain solutions for several large multi-national corporations.

Prior to HCL, Gould spent 14 years with Reed Elsevier, a global information provider, where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Production and also served as CFO for the Legal division’s North American business. While at Reed Elsevier, Gould was primarily responsible for establishing a global shared-service organization for Procurement, Supplier Management and Operations.

Before joining Reed Elsevier, Gould spent 11 years in the audit practice of Price Waterhouse where he served a variety of clients, focusing mainly on large multi-national corporations.
