Senior Vice President Global Service Delivery

As Senior Vice President Global Service Delivery of IQNavigator, Peter Hantman has end-to-end responsibility for the services received by our clients and our client’s satisfaction. He leads the company’s field operations, global service delivery centers, customer service, and global best practice groups.

Prior to joining IQNavigator, Hantman advised TeleTech Inc (NASD: TTEC), a global business process outsourcing leader, on the integration of an acquisition and served as a Business Develop Executive focused on generating new relationships within the financial services industries. Hantman served as CEO of Bankers Title Company, a private equity backed start up which he grew to greater than $20M in revenue in three years. Hantman served as COO of Alpine Access, a venture capital backed start-up that won the Denver Business Journal award for fastest growing privately held company. Hantman served as Vice President Revenue Management and Fleet Operations for Budget Group Inc. (NYSE: CAR, Truck Rental Division – $750M revenue) where he delivered a 40% improvement in operating margin and consolidated the fleet operations of Budget Truck and Ryder Truck Rental.

Hantman serves on the boards of several privately held companies. Hantman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Distinction (Honors), and B.S. degrees in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
